Priya has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary since March 2026. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance, capital markets, and regulatory compliance for global companies. Priya’s career extends across both corporate and law firm environments — including roles at Thomson Reuters, Accenture, and Fisher Scientific (now Thermo Fisher Scientific), as well as multinational law firms.

Most recently, Priya served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Jacobs Solutions, Inc., where she helped lead several of the company’s most significant strategic initiatives: the separation of its Critical Mission Solutions business, its inaugural issuance of public bonds, and the acquisition of PA Consulting.
