As Chief Administrative Officer, Laurie is responsible for GISI’s administrative, organizational, and compensation-related functions. She brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across public, private, and private equity-backed organizations, with expertise spanning organizational transformation, talent strategy, governance, merger and acquisition (M&A) integration, and enterprise operations.
Before joining GISI, Laurie served as Chief People & Impact Officer and advisor to the CEO and executive team at Sol de Janeiro. In a prior role, she was Global Chief People Officer at Nielsen, where she led the people organization supporting approximately 45,000 employees and played a key leadership role in the company’s significant go-private transaction.
Earlier in her career, Laurie served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Verisk Analytics, where she led global transformation initiatives and supported numerous M&A activities. She also spent more than two decades at Accenture in senior human resources leadership roles.
Laurie currently chairs the Compensation Committee on the Board of Directors at West Monroe. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Syracuse University.
