As Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, Priya leads GISI’s legal, governance, and corporate secretary functions, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance and capital markets, and regulatory compliance for global companies. Her depth of legal practice is paired with a strong background in technology and finance, supporting GISI’s focus on responsible and sustainable growth.

Prior to joining GISI, Priya served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Jacobs, where she helped lead several of the company’s most significant strategic initiatives, including the separation of its Critical Mission Solutions business, its inaugural issuance of public bonds, and the acquisition of PA Consulting.

Priya’s experience extends across both corporate and law firm environments, including roles at Thomson Reuters, Accenture, and Fisher Scientific (now Thermo Fisher), as well as experience at Sullivan & Cromwell and Bingham McCutchen LLP, where she advised on the firm’s own sale to Morgan Lewis & Bockius.

Priya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
